Job Title: Innovation and Design Teacher Reports to: Head of Middle School Summary The Innovation and Design Teacher is a visionary thinker with a passion for inspiring and supporting young people and for collaborating with colleagues. The successful candidate will further develop a curriculum across the Lower (K-4) and Middle (5th-8th) school divisions that teaches students to create, make, innovate, build, and design across STEM/STEAM and Problem-Based Learning.  Essential Functions Model a fundamental understanding of problem-based learning and design thinking, demonstrating an enthusiasm for taking risks and placing emphasis on process rather than product.
