Associate Teachers work closely with the Lead Teacher in our PreK3-Grade 5 classrooms, collaborating on all aspects of classroom life. This includes collaborating with the Lead Teacher, working directly with students, typically being assigned particular subject areas to plan and implement lessons, and supporting classroom and school life. Associate Teachers participate in all aspects of school life, including colleague meetings and professional development.
