The Head Athletic Performance Coach shall provide Christ-centered leadership in regards to student involvement and development. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a strength and conditioning program for all sports, with the three major goals of improving athletic performance, reducing injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills.  Develop training plans based on scientific principles, supervises training sessions, evaluates athletes, keeps accurate records, and teaches strength and conditioning classes during the school year as well as summer workouts.  Meets regularly with sport coaches to determine improvements that need to be made by the individual athletes.
