Prince Avenue Christian School (PACS) in Athens, Georgia, is seeking a relational and dynamic lower school principal who demonstrates excellence in instructional leadership, organizational administration, and communication. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to Christian education and the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with students, faculty, and families while promoting both academic rigor and spiritual formation.
PACS serves approximately 1,000 students in grades PreK3 through 12, including 445 students in the Lower School taught and discipled by 55 faculty members. As a Christ-centered, covenantal Christian school, PACS four-point mission centers on scripturally based discipleship and excellence in academics, fine arts, and athletics from a biblical worldview.
