The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and analytical skills, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the school's core values, mission, and Portrait of a Latin Leader. This individual will fully engage in the life of the school while fostering an inclusive, engaging environment. They will be proactive, seeking ideas and programs to support student growth and wellness while being responsive to immediate disciplinary needs. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, at least three years’ teaching experience, and, optimally, prior experience in a Dean or similar role.
