Preschool Teachers

Charlotte Latin School is hiring for multiple positions in The Nest, our infant through five-year-old program, beginning August 3rd, 2026. The Nest is open from 7:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.

We are seeking compassionate, high-energy, organized individuals with attention to detail and problem-solving strategies to join our team.

Available Positions Include:

• Full-Time Nest Co-Lead Teacher (Four-and-Five-Year-Old Classroom): Hours for this position will be 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

• Part-Time Nest Assistant Teacher (Infant Classroom): This teacher will assist in effectively managing the classroom. Hours are 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Two Full-Time Nest Assistant Teachers: These teachers will assist in effectively managing the classroom. Hours are 9:45 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.

• Full-Time Nest Floater (Infant and Toddler Classrooms): This individual will assist in effectively managing classrooms. Hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
