The Covenant School seeks a joyful, engaging, and mission-driven Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our Christ-centered community. We are looking for an educator who delights in children and believes deeply in celebrating childhood — honoring the wonder, curiosity, imagination, and formative moments that define these foundational years.
At Covenant, teaching is more than delivering content. It is shepherding hearts, nurturing confidence, cultivating academic excellence, and creating a classroom where students are known, loved, and encouraged to grow into who God created them to be. The ideal candidate is relational, organized, academically strong, and grounded in a vibrant Christian faith that naturally shapes both classroom culture and instructional practice.
As a Presbyterian school community, The Covenant School expects each teacher to demonstrate and articulate a strong Christian faith that aligns fully with the mission, values, and spiritual commitments of the school.

At the Covenant School, we are about more than simply educating our students — we are participating in the miracle of their development and seeing them transform into who they will be. Impactful teaching methods and programs, daily all-school chapel, and school-wide service-learning are the backdrop for the real work — helping children become who God intends them to be.
As we capture our children’s attention and their minds for learning, we also want to capture their hearts in relationships that challenge their thinking and help them learn critical skills. Our graduates attend the finest schools in the Nashville area, where they not only excel academically, but also act with character that comes from authentic faith in Jesus.
