Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Greensboro, NC. As an Elementary School Teacher at Hope Academy, you will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, foster a positive classroom environment, and support students’ academic and social development. Daily responsibilities also include assessing student progress, communicating effectively with families, and collaborating with other educators to ensure holistic education. Additionally, you will contribute to creating a nurturing space that promotes curiosity and respect among students.

Qualifications

• Experience in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education
• Strong skills in Teaching and classroom management
• Excellent Communication abilities for engaging with students, parents, and colleagues
• A degree in Education or related field (Bachelor's degree minimum; teaching credential preferred)
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Passion for fostering academic and personal growth in diverse student populations
• Previous teaching experience at the elementary level is a plus
