The Assistant Director of Philanthropy for Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement is an integral member of the Philanthropy team, reporting to the Director of Philanthropy. The Assistant Director shapes and executes fiscal year Annual Fund strategy and plans, with a focus on broad-based appeals and alumni participation.   Collaborates with the Director of Philanthropy to craft and execute strategies to increase the level of unrestricted gifts among PBDA alumni and friends, and overall alumni participation to PBDA. This includes making a strong case for support, tracking progress of donor giving habits, and identifying trends to enhance the annual giving solicitation program.  Generates and analyzes giving and demographic data to inform strategies for increasing annual giving overall.
