The Financial Aid and Scholarship Manager is responsible for the overall management and administration of Charlotte Latin School's need-based financial aid program and all scholarship programs. This role ensures equitable fund distribution while adhering to confidentiality requirements, institutional policies, and regulations, and supports the school's mission of socioeconomic diversity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Program Administration: Oversee the annual financial aid application process from start to finish via Clarity.
Case Review and Determination: Evaluate financial aid data, conduct needs analysis, and make recommendations for awards across all divisions while maintaining budget balances.
Scholarship Management: Lead the Scholarship Committee, prepare documentation on eligible candidates, and collaborate with the Advancement Office on endowed funds.
