POSITION DESCRIPTION The Director of Auxiliary Programs is responsible for the leadership, management, and continued growth of Charlotte Preparatory School’s auxiliary programming, including After School, Studios, full-care days, evening and special event childcare, and Summer Camp. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer this role ensures auxiliary programs are safe, well-organized, mission-aligned, financially responsible, responsive to families, and supportive of the School’s enrollment, retention, reputation, and net revenue goals.  This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position.
