The Academic Director is a senior academic leader responsible for the quality and execution of the Academics program across grades 1–8. This role provides strong leadership in curriculum development, academic programming, assessment, and teacher growth. The Academic Director works closely with school leadership to strengthen academic outcomes and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
1. Curriculum Leadership Develop, maintain, and oversee a cohesive Academics curriculum for each grade level, aligned with state standards and school directives. Ensure curriculum maps clearly outline skills and standards, texts and books by grade level, and all instructional materials and resources used. Regularly review and refine curriculum to ensure vertical alignment and age-appropriate rigor.
