Minimum Requirements:
College degree
Experience in teaching or other related fields
Preferred Experience:
Virginia State License
Experience with vocal and instrumental music
Experience with Audio and Visual technology
General Music Teacher Responsibilities:
Job Hours: 8:10 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Attend teacher workdays and other required days
Specific Duties:
Provides 30 minutes of music enrichment instruction for all students in grades kindergarten through 5th grade per week.
Includes classes on musical instrument families, singing, critical listening activities, and a variety of musical activities.
