Springmont School seeks a thoughtful, organized, and service-oriented Human Resources Manager to serve as the school’s primary HR partner and support ethical, compliant, and effective employment practices across the school. This is a full-time (7:45 am-4:15pm), on campus role. As a member of the Administrative Leadership Team, this role partners closely with the Head of School and Business Office on hiring, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, records management, and HR policies.
