Xaverian seeks a visionary Catholic leader to build on the strong legacy of our retiring President, whose 17 years of steady and transformative leadership have further shaped the institution’s success. The successful candidate will serve as Chief Executive Officer, advancing the school’s mission of academic excellence and forming servant leaders grounded in the faith, tradition, and charism of the Xaverian Brothers. This leader will oversee the institution’s strategic direction, financial sustainability, and mission centered culture while fostering a diverse and innovative learning environment.
