Charlotte Latin School is seeking dedicated Assistant Teachers for our Extended Day (Hawks Club) classrooms beginning in August 2026. The Extended Day Assistant Teacher helps the Lead Teacher plan and implement interactive and engaging lesson plans for his/her classroom to provide a structured play based, high quality after-school program that is child-centered and developmentally appropriate. The Assistant Teacher helps manage the classroom effectively with compassion, careful supervision, active engagement, attention to detail, organization, problem-solving strategies and purposeful play.  This is a 10-month position, Monday-Friday.
