Position Summary: The Trades Staff HVAC Technician reports to the Trades Supervisor and Assistant Director of Facilities-Operations and is a key support position for maintaining the physical plant of the school.
Specific Duties include:
Responsible for the maintenance and PM’s of split systems, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, air handlers, rooftop package units and all HVAC equipment.
Responsible for maintenance and PM’s of all Trades systems of the school under the supervision of the proper tradesman as assigned by the Trades Supervisor, Assistant Director or Director.
