We are seeking a 5th/6th Grade English Teacher to join our collaborative and supportive faculty team.
Position Details: Title: 5th/6th Grade English Teacher Classification: Exempt (Salary) – DOE Reports to: Head of School Schedule: Schedule: Full-Time; 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for school events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in English, Education, or a related field required
State teaching license required
Proficient knowledge of curriculum and effective instructional practices, specifically related to grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension required
